| Abstract | 本实用新型公开了一种低能耗木质纤维素高效水解装置，包括底座1、主支架2、升降台3、釜体6、釜盖7、加热器8、釜体旋转手柄9、数据采集器10、电动搅拌机11和外接电源22，主支架2固定于底座1上，升降台3和釜体支架4与主支架动配合，釜盖支架5固定于主支架上，釜体6、釜盖7分别与釜体支架、釜盖支架5连接，电动搅拌机11固定于釜盖7上，加热器8与釜体6相连，数据采集器10测转速部分与电动搅拌机相连，数据采集器温控部分与温度传感器12相连。本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，可显著提高反应速率，降低能耗。该装置的木质纤维素水解率高，且水解液葡萄糖的相对浓度高，磁性固体催化剂与木质纤维素水解液易分离，且可以重复使用，能有效降低生产成本，具有良好的市场应用前景。 |
