| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种磁性固体催化剂及其应用。将金属阳离子、沉淀剂与的去离子水均匀混合后，20～140℃，反应0.5～12h。反应物80～150℃老化0.5～12h。沉淀物离心、洗涤、100～150℃干燥6～24h；300～800℃煅烧3～12h，粉碎成0.05～100μm，得磁性固体催化剂。该磁性固体催化剂具有阳离子可调变性、阴离子可交换性和记忆功能，在分散剂作用下及电荷调变下，催化剂悬浮于水解液，可以加速木质纤维素水解过程，缩短反应时间，降低能耗。能提升木质纤维素的水解率高，且水解液葡萄糖的相对浓度高，乙酸和糠醛等浓度低，有利于水解液发酵制备燃料乙醇。且在外加电场作用下催化剂易分离后重复使用。 |
