| Abstract | 本实用新型公开了一种生物柴油连续生产装置，包括助剂存贮罐(1)、 原料存贮罐(2)、预处理罐(6)、离心分离罐、超声波反应罐(12)、甘油精 炼塔(11)和生物柴油精炼塔(14)，助剂存贮罐与原料存贮罐分别经可加热 管道(3)与预处理罐连通；预处理罐出料端经压力泵(4)与前级离心分离 罐(9)进料端相连；前级离心分离罐经醇回收装置(10)连通助剂存贮罐(1)， 前级离心分离罐经分离管道与甘油精炼塔连通；前级离心分离罐的出料端经 管道与超声波反应罐连通；助剂存贮罐经可加热管道与超声波反应罐连通； 超声波反应罐、后级离心分离罐和生物柴油精炼塔依次顺序连通；后级离心 分离罐与甘油精炼塔连通。本实用新型采用超声波加热技术，降低能耗；超 声波辐射直接作用于反应物分子，使之剧烈振动，显著提高反应速率，大大 缩短反应时间；提供的催化剂可重复利用，催化剂失活后陶瓷反应管可拆卸， 陶瓷反应管内壁可重复粘附催化剂，大大降低生物柴油成本。 |
