| Abstract | 目的研究傣药木棉树皮中的化学成分。方法采用85%丙酮水提取,硅胶柱、反向C-18柱及凝胶柱等柱层析方法从木棉树皮中分离化学成分,并通过MS 和NMR 等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为eriodictyol(1) 、(2S,3R,4E,8Z)-3-hydroxy-2-((2R)-2-hydroxyoctadecanoylamino)-l-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-4,8-octadiene (2) 、beta-sitosterol laminaribioside(3) 、2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone(4)和p-hydroxybenzoic acid(5)。结论此5个化合物均为在该植物中首次分离得到,活性测试结果显示木棉树皮85% 丙酮水提取物在体外人肿瘤细胞株 Hela 上具有一定细胞毒活性,其IC_(50)值为21. 30 mug /ml。 |
