| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种蒲葵种子的保藏育苗方法，先对种子进行灭菌、胚分离和脱水，然后将胚装入无菌的低温冻存管并置于液氮生物容器中，使低温冻存管快速降温。当需要幼苗时，将低温冻存管从液氮中取出，投入30～35 ℃的温水中，将温度恢复到室温。最后在培养皿内对胚进行培养，2～3个月即可成苗。本发明使蒲葵种子得以长期保存，其操作简便，成本低廉，种子存活率接近100％，成苗率在95％以上，具有良好的应用前景。同时，本发明的方法对其他顽拗性种子保藏技术的完善也具有积极的促进作用。 |
