Abstract本发明公开一种纳米固体催化剂及其在纤维素水解中的应用。由金属盐与沉淀剂共沉淀法制备镁铝水滑石,再将镁铝水滑石置于碱性水溶液中活化后得到所需的纳米固体催化剂。应用于纤维素水解时,将纤维素粉碎后和纳米固体催化剂均匀混合,并与水混合制成匀浆,将匀浆液迅速升温至100~300℃,强力搅拌,催化反应0.1~24h完成水解。水解反应结束后通过离心或过滤方法即可使催化剂与水解液迅速分离。该固体纳米催化剂水解纤维素水解率高,且水解液中葡萄糖的相对浓度高,同时纳米固体催化剂与纤维素水解液易分离,能有效降低生产成本,具有良好的市场应用前景。
