| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种水解木质纤维素的方法。将木质纤维素粉碎成颗粒后与水混合制成匀浆液，用超声波或微波将匀浆液预热至60～150℃，然后将预热的匀浆液迅速升温至120～300℃，并加入固体碱作为催化剂，边搅拌边催化反应15～300min。以超声波或微波辐射协同固体碱催化水解木质纤维素，可大大缩短反应时间，降低能耗。固体碱催化剂可重复使用，易从水溶液分离，机械强度高，耐受性强，且有一定的选择性，催化水解产物相对单一，水解效率高，具有良好的市场应用前景。 |
