| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种提高小桐子植株变异率的方法。以Co 60为辐射源，采用快辐射的方法对小桐子种子进行辐射。经过Co 60照射后的小桐子种子，虽然成苗率有所下降，但植株的变异率明显提高，达到10％以上，这为以后选育种仁含油量更高、种子产量更大的有益突变体提供丰富的变异材料。该技术操作简单，成本低廉，每次可以处理的种子数量巨大，具有良好的应用前景。 |
