| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种龙血竭诱导剂及其制备方法。将野生剑叶龙血树活体茎干上正在形成血竭的部位割下，经消毒、培养、分离和鉴定后得到龙血竭诱导菌株，在每1000ml的菌株培养液中放入0.5～1.5g的菌丝体，在无光照、25～27℃恒温和280～320r/min下振荡培养7～10天后，得到具有活性的龙血竭诱导菌株悬浮液体，将其装瓶即得龙血竭诱导剂。本发明方法简便，能够显著缩短龙血竭的形成时间，提高剑叶龙血树的栽培效益，具有良好的市场应用前景 |
