| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种龙血竭的人工培育方法。将野生剑叶龙血树活体茎株上正在形成血竭的部位割下，经消毒、培养、分离和鉴定后得到龙血竭诱导菌株，在每1000ml的培养液中放入0.5～1.5g的菌丝体，在无光照、25～ 27℃恒温和220～280r/min下振荡培养7～28天后，用正丁醇提取，分离正丁醇后，得到的即为龙血竭。本发明开辟了龙血竭生产的新途径，其方法简便、成本低廉，具有良好的市场应用前景。 |
