| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种以小桐子油为原料连续化生产生物柴油的方法及其 装置。在微波反应器中以酸酯化-碱酯交换两步法制备生物柴油。采用微波 加热技术，降低能耗，微波辐射直接作用于反应物分子，使之剧烈振动，显 著提高反应速率，大大缩短反应时间。其设备组成包括甲醇或乙醇存贮罐、 小桐子油存贮罐、微波反应罐、离心分离罐、生物柴油精炼塔和甘油精炼塔， 各构件通过管道相连。该技术反应时间短、低碳醇用量少，大大降低了以小 桐子油为原料制备生物柴油的皂化现象，提高了小桐子油的利用率，具有良 好的市场应用前景。 |
