Abstract<正> 植物依赖于RNA的RNA多聚酶(RdRP:RNA-dependent RNA Polymerase)基因在转录后基因沉默和抵抗病毒侵入及系统性转移等方面具有非常重要的作用。通过生物信息学分析,植物基因组拥有6个RdRP基因。以前的研究工作证实,拟南芥SDE1/SGS2(AtRdRP6)是转基因诱导的基因沉默所必需,而在植物抵抗病毒侵入和系统性转移等方面无明显作用。而另一方面,一个受抗病信号分子水杨酸或病毒TMV诱导的烟草RdRP(NtRdRP1)基因是烟草植株抵
