Abstract

A method of completely dissolving and fast hydrolyzing cellulose and use of said method. The method comprises: (i) placing the cellulose in an acidic aqueous solution with a [H+] concentration of 10-7~1M or an alkaline aqueous solution with a [OH-] concentration of 10-7~1M, wherein volume ratio of solid to liquid is 0.003-1.05:1; (ii) heating an acidic aqueous solution with a [H+] concentration of 10-7~1M or an alkaline aqueous solution with a [OH-] concentration of 10-7~1M to 261~352?; mixing the substances obtained in the steps (i) and (ii) in a reactor to a concentration of cellulose ranging from 0.1 to 35%; regulating concentration of the mixed material solution to acidic aqueous solution with a [H+] concentration of 10-7~1M or alkaline aqueous solution with a [OH-] concentration of 10-7~1M, and water density of 587~997kg/m3, setting pressure at 6~584 MPa, fast heating to 261~352? at a heating rate of 7.8~14.8?/s and completely dissolving cellulose in 0.8-2 seconds. This method for the first time achieves completely dissolving and fast hydrolysis of cellulose at relatively low temperature, not only greatly reduces production cost, but also improves production security and prolongs durability of device; and has a good application prospect.

一种完全溶解和快速水解纤维素的方法及该方法的用途。 该方法包括:(i)将纤维素置于[H+]浓度为10-7~1M的酸性水溶液或[OH-]浓度为10-7~1M的碱性水溶液中,其中体积比为 固液比为0.003-1.05:1; (ii)将[H+]浓度为10-7~1M的酸性水溶液或[OH-]浓度为10-7~1M的碱性水溶液加热至261~352℃; 将步骤(i)和(ii)得到的物质在反应器中混合至纤维素浓度为0.1-35%; 调节混合料溶液浓度为[H+]浓度为10-7~1M的酸性水溶液或[OH-]浓度为10-7~1M的碱性水溶液,水密度为587~997kg/m3 , 设定压力6~584 MPa, 快速升温至261~352? 以7.8~14.8?/s的升温速率,0.8-2秒完全溶解纤维素。 该方法首次实现了纤维素在较低温度下的完全溶解和快速水解,不仅大大降低了生产成本,而且提高了生产安全性,延长了设备的耐用性; 并具有良好的应用前景。
