Abstract

(EN)Provided is an Agrobacterium lumefaciens-mediated gene transformation method for Jatropha carccs, comprising the step of using cotyledons from ,Jalropha curcas seeds after cutting off 1/3-1/4 of the base of the cotyledons as explants for infecting with Agrobacterium lumefsciens, co-cultivating the cotyledon explants with Agrobacteriurm tumefaciens, then transfering onto the mediunr from of selective agent to induce callus for 4 weeks subculturing onto the sclcction nTedium with the selective agent of kanamycin to select resistant shoots subculturing the resistant shoots to obtain the resistant plants' and verifying the transgenic plants by molecular detection assay.

(EN)提供了一种发光农杆菌介导的麻风树基因转化方法,包括将麻疯树种子的子叶切掉1/3-1/4的子叶基部后作为外植体用于感染农杆菌的步骤。 lumefsciens,将子叶外植体与根癌农杆菌共培养,然后转移到选择剂培养基上诱导愈伤组织4周,用卡那霉素选择剂继代培养到接枝培养基上,选择抗性枝条,将抗性枝条继代培养获得抗性枝条 植物'并通过分子检测测定验证转基因植物。
