| Abstract | 本发明提供了一种momordin Ib的制备方法，通过首先将含有式(I)结构单元的三萜皂苷衍生物的植物或含有式(I)结构单元的三萜皂苷衍生物的植物提取物与酸混合反应，得到提取液，然后将步骤1)的提取液用碱调pH至6.5～7.5，然后通过柱层析进行分离，得到含momordin Ib的样品；最后将得到的含momordin Ib的样品进行重结晶，得到momordin Ib纯品。其中，本发明通过将富含具备式(I)结构单元的三萜皂苷衍生物的植物或植物提取物作为制备momordin Ib的原料，结果发现，该方法不仅分离纯化操作简单，且可实现momordin Ib的大量获得，且各步中洗脱以及重结晶的溶剂可多次回收利用，适用于工业生产。 |
