西番莲茎基腐病病原尖孢镰刀菌生物学特性及木霉菌防治初探

Abstract

西番莲(Passiflora edulis)茎基腐病是由镰刀菌(Fusarium spp.)引起的一种土传病害。为了更好地防治该病,以西番莲病株中分离的茎基腐病病原尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)和3种木霉菌(Trichoderma spp.)为材料,测定不同p H值和温度条件下病原菌生长情况,同时,通过平板对峙试验,比较3种木霉菌对病原菌生长的抑制效果,探讨其作为生物防治菌剂应用于农业生态系统中的可能性。结果显示,酸性和高温条件不利于病原菌生长,其中,最适生长p H值为7~9,最适生长温度为25~27℃,同时,3种木霉菌对病原菌生长均具有显著的拮抗作用。希望研究结果能够为防治西番莲茎基腐病提供理论依据。
