Abstract	Six new triterpenoids (1-6), along with 10 known compounds, were isolated from the stems of Aglaia abbreviata. The structures of 1-6 were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data. Compounds 1-6 were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against a small panel of human tumor cell lines.
