| Abstract | 十九世纪植物学界中王莲属植物的首次发现可追溯至1801年。当时,波西米亚的植物学家及博物学家TadeáH aenk e受西班牙政府派遣,前往玻利维亚调查当地的植物区系。据说,Haenke是在亚马逊河的一条支流——马莫尔河上第一次见到了（亚马逊）王莲。他在科恰班巴（现今位于玻利维亚中部的城市）去世,生平中并没有记录下有关（亚马逊）王莲的发现。 |
